I have only had my hair braided for a week and I have lost 7 braids out of my head. They braid to loose and even though it looks nice they wear no mask while your their and use old hair they have sitting on a couch by the front entrance. They charge to much for a hair style that don't last that long. I posted picture of 2 of the braids that came out of my head it was braided that loose it's only been a week.

I've been coming here for over 5 years and never had a bad experience. I love them they are like family and very professional even through the pandemic they practice social distancing and wear mask while they're doing your hair. Of anyone is looking to get their hair braided or loca retwisted I highly recommend them. ud83dudc4c

My hair began to unravel 7 days after getting them done...I asked them to fix them...Coura took my number and said she would call me and let me know when she could redo them... It's been almost a week... No social distance... No masks... Dirty towels... Reusing rollers without cleaning them... Moving from head to head without washing hands... Im so disappointed...I will never go back here
