This is one of your certified Chrysler dealers.nI recently took my 2013 Chrysler town and country in for service to fix leaking coolant and overheating. They assured me all is good so I provided the 850$ for the repairs. Then I get home to leaking coolant. They said the did a leak check but apparently it was not good since they did not investigate where it was leaking from. It was leaking from the oil cooler attachment from the coolant line. They refuse to give any real solution to this issue because I do not want them touching my van since the trust in their capabilities are gone. Need help from you to resolve this issue

I am so disappointed with our new jeep !! Months trying to initate a buyback and once it was approved we though that would be the end to our pain and struggle . NOPE it is just the begging of months and weeks of waiting and waiting If u have a lemon I would recommend to get legal representation as soon as possible it’s worth every bit of Chrysler’s money cause u won’t pay a dime for it if your car is truly a lemon .nnI have spent months trying to get a working car and get our life back to normal and it just gets more frustrating everyday they put u off .nnIt’s funny how I bought my car all in one day and left the lot but when it comes to a replacement it takes months of paperwork ??? NO thats called not giving a damn about your product or client .nnIf I owned Chrysler my clients would have been put in a service/loaner/rental from the start and I would have took possession of the malfunctioning vehicle within the first week .nnI love jeep and just want my car to work that’s not to much to ask we don’t think . Be prepared for a long journey if u have a lemon . Get a attorney after 3 service visits and let them take it from there , reach out to news stations if need be .nnMy local station will be airing our segment soon and I hope it will make chrysler realize how they treated I and my family throughout this entire process .nnYes they have been kind eniugh to initate the process but come on ?? 8 months now this is insane !!!! Let us get back to our life and fix the mistakes NOW about I’m a week or 2 or months .

Dont buy a Jeep Cherokee or Chrysler. Their cars are lemons and Customer service wont help you. Cant even call corporate ud83dude24
