It’s a no for me honestly if you are a kind person that’s polite you gonna get ran straight over if you call checking on things even though you paying them to prepare your taxes and to answer all questions that are needed they’re gonna make you feel like you’re bothering them they’re not gonna return any phone calls it’s going to seem like you are bothering them they are not gonna call you when your taxes come or if any issues come up or one of your state or federal taxes are shorts if you’re going through a lot in life and just need to relax and let someone do your taxes this is not the place to be
