Just want to comment on the EXCEPTIONAL Service I received from Karen.. whenever I come to the storage unit, she always goes out of her way to make her customers special. No matter how busy she is, she always finds time to make you feel important. Public Storage is very Fortunate to have Karen on her team
Karen and Kelsey were great! They were super nice and went out of their way to show us the units we wanted to see. Karen even gave us a Blow Pop sucker. That made me smile. Its wonderful to know that there are still nice people working!
I am very pleased with my experience at Public Storage. Karen is very knowledgeable, professional and helpful. Being new to the area and new to how storage works in general, it's nice to have access to someone like Karen who could answer all my my questions and put my mind at ease. If you have storage needs in the Canton area, I recommend Public Storage.
