There was a sign that said WE STEPPED AWAY but Stephanie can really fast helped us with paperwork and our move in with ease. We are new to the storage world but she explained everything so well we only had a few questions. I hope we will be able to benefit from the referral program!!!
This place is great. My dad used this place years ago to store my grandparents things. The customer service then was great. I needed to store some of my stuff and remembered this place. The customer service is still great. I believe her name is Stephanie.

I visited this location yesterday and had the most pleasant experience. The new Manager Stephanie introduced herself and showed me what to expect when I move my storage from Phoenix to Michigan. She was very helpful and patient with me as I inquired and toured their facility.
Stefannie was great today. Even with the cold weather she had no problem showing me different units(I thought a 5 x 5 would be larger). She helped me place a reservation and I will be back to finalize once I confirm with my husband.
