I had this incredible electrician come into my retail location where I literally had no receptacles. The Job performed was better than expected! Now I have receptacles everywhere. This Electrician was precise and on point! Great Price and Excellent Service! Great attitude and personality!! Anyone that is looking for an electrician, I highly recommend them! We had a great experience with JBS Electrical . The sales person gave us all the information we needed. When the install happened we were impressed with the steady updates by the installers as they worked through the process. There was very little time where we were without electricity and the neatness of their work was outstanding. They were the only company that offered to go through out basement and eliminate previous boxes no longer needed to make things look nice.
John was amazing and really knows his stuff! He recommended lighting solutions for my house and completed the job quickly. It was a pleasure working with him and his assistant. I already have him scheduled for another project. JBS Electrical is he BEST.
I described my problem over the phone to their tech. He suggested I go to the circuit box again & try a few things before he comes out to the house. His suggestions worked, our power was back & he saved me the price of a service call. If I ever need an electrician in the future, I'll call JBS Electrical because they were so helpful & trustworthy! Very customer service oriented. Everyone I dealt with was very polite and professional. From the first phone call to the texts and emails. I received a picture of John, the electrician who was going to come out. He called before he came. When he showed up, he listened to what I needed/wanted and then repeated it back to me to make he understood. He asked questions, told me the price and then went to work. He even put on shoe covers to come in the house. At the end he showed me what he had done. He presented the bill and he wouldn’t take a tip.
