I was told 30-40 min. 1 hr and 20 mins later I got my barely warm pizza. Just as a few other reviews have said. I was staying at a hotel 1/4 mile away!! I called and the manager didn’t even say sorry, just that it should be there anytime. 2 stars only because after I microwaved it a bit is was still decent, so if you get a fresh one i bet it is good
My family unusually goes to a different Hungry Howies but chose this one this time because it was on the way home. The food was much better and the store was much cleaner, polite and efficient. I kay consider going out of my way to this one from now on.
Horrible experience yesterday. They messed up my online order and undercooked my wings both times(after calling store to request this). Missed items on the pizza, offered to re-deliver which took 2 HOURS and the food was still subpar and warm at best. Emailed corporate, no response.
Ordered here multiple times and I live a half of a mile away, every time I’ve ordered from here it takes them at minimum an hour to deliver to me, and when the food arrives it is cold and the breadsticks have little to no seasoning on them. Highly do not recommend this location. Could walk to the location and back with better results.
