Came in here to get a hot and ready. Pizza was very fresh and well made. Michael, the guy working, was very nice and made me feel very welcomed. Great experience:)
This Little Ceasars is better than any other Little Ceasars in the area. I called to place an custom order. I believe the girl's name that answered was Jen. She was extremely friendly. She had excellent customer service skills. If anyone else has ordered from Little Ceasars you know the customer service was hit and miss. When I arrived she was cutting my pizza and WEARING A MASK. I was so happy to see her wearing a mask. I know at other locations they do not like Ann Arbor Rd and Sheldon Road location, and the Liley Road and Ford Road location that never wear mask. Pizza was made as requested.
Bought Italian cheese bread to go. When I got home the bread was raw in the middle.nI called the store and Conner (apparently the store manager) said that I need to bring the bread back and then only he will give me a refund or a replacement.nHe was very rude.nI would never go to this store again.
I like the taste of Little Caesar's Pizza better than the other national chains'.
My pizza's crust is literally half the pizza. There's is 2 and a half inches of crust.
