David Dart has handled two cases for me now and has had great success with both. The first one was for a parenting time change through mediation, and it ended greatly in my favor. The second one was an emergency case. He handled it extremely professionally and got everything taken care of fast. That’s a difficult task in Wayne county. Him and his assistant also respond to calls and emails quickly which, in my opinion, is rare in the law world. I highly recommend David Dart to anyone that needs help in family law. I have been a client of Mr. David Dart for over a year. I originally hired Mr. Dart in the midst of a contentious custody battle, after two previous attorneys in Wayne County who were less than subpar in their field failed miserably. I was in a bad spot and needed an attorney who was attentive, knowledgeable, a well seasoned expert that could catch up quickly and act quickly for me. I called David on a Friday afternoon before a holiday and he impressed me from there. For anyone reading this, if you’re like me, it is imperative an attorney be responsive, strategic, familiar with the laws, judges, other professionals in the county, processes and be transparent about the situation, whatever it is. I can confidently say, Mr. Dart and his staff are without a doubt all of those and more. His legal assistant Tiffany is a joy and absolute pleasure to work with. She communicates in an articulate, courteous, professional, thorough and timely manner. I have nothing but good things to say about Mr. Dart and how he has served me in a time of need, also during a pandemic where everyone has been forced to readjust and pivot to a new way of being. Mr. Dart was very responsive to my needs and successfully filed motions relating to violations of a judgment of divorce and defense against an UNREASONABLE MOTION FOR FULL CUSTODY filed by my ex-wife. He was timely in filing the motions and well prepared during the hearing which resulted in favorable outcomes for me. His motions were detailed without being cumbersome which is probably why the Judge read them and ruled in my favor. Mr. Dart's office staff is always understanding and helpful. I highly recommend him. For the first time in many years, his representation has given me confidence and fair treatment in Court.
