Love this place. The trainers are great to work with and will push you but they will also make sure you are not going to do anything that will injure you. Lots of new equipment and clean. Highly recommended.
I am a member of the Rochester location, but have visited Plymouth several times and just like Rochester, they are the BEST. This is not just a gym, this is a community. They support your emotional and physical strength, help you understand your why and are the most amazing humans you'll ever meet. Grateful everyday for the community they have created and the support they have provided.
