Very few members actually wear masks in this gym, and the staff just doesn’t wear them at all. On top of that, it is nearly impossible to get ahold of somebody in the office if you need membership services, the equipment is extremely old, and the facility is filthy. If you’re looking for a gym with good customer service, good equipment, and staff that actually cares about your safety, then I do not recommend going here.
I've been working out here for 10 years, back when they were up on Ann Arbor rd before they moved. They have great equipment and its spaced out nicely. Only request.....please tell people to stop curling in the squat rack!!
Awful location. People don't wear masks, equipment is old and mismatched, and toilet paper all over the bathrooms. Unclean and unprofessional. Stay as far away from this place as you can.
I worked out here for a week or so after gyms re-opened. No one - not even the trainers were wearing masks. I get it if you don’t want to wear one while you’re running or in the middle of a set. But most people didn’t even have one with them while walking around. They also don’t give people spray to wipe down equipment, instead you just have some dry Lysol wipes. It’s like this place is trying to get gyms shut down again. I would recommend checking out Snap Fitness in a couple minutes up the road. Much cleaner, and they have all the same equipment.
I have been going here for 7yrs. Always nice and slow so you don’t have to fight for machines. My only complaint is the management and staff. I shake my head every time I deal with them.
