Five stars all the way for Janell and Cosmic Reflections. I love the small class size, for me as a very beginner it was less intimidating. I also like that there are two set classes a week (which work out great for me). My favorite is the Thursday Yin class. After attending a couple of classes I was hooked and became a monthly member.
Love that she has 2 different types of classes; Tuesdays are more fast-paced while Thursdays are more meditative slow flow...a perfect mix! I also love the smaller class size, helps those who are easily intimidated (like myself) to feel comfortable and at ease so they can get the most out of their yoga experience.
I love, Love LOVE that the yoga classes are small and intimate! I'm a bit self conscious of my yoga abilities but I don't have to worry about that here. Great environment, affordable and Janell is so awesome! I tried this place with a free class pass and I'm so glad I did
I love the Thursday evening yin yoga, it is gentle and helps me a ton during the rest of the week.nJanell the instructor is very kind and helpful, I hope to one day make it to the Tuesday evening class as well. Thanks Cosmic Reflections Yoga! :)
love the environment. once i got to know the 'regulars' it felt more like a fun evening out with friends instead of a workout class. i joined the membership program.
