You should definitely greet your customers. The few remaining customers you are getting during CoVid are all that keep your lights on but a simple 'hello' is challenging?
McKenzie was so helpful. I had been there 2 months prior and she remembered the dresses that I had favored. I could not have found the perfect dress without her! I will highly recommend Bella Mia to friends and family. Thank you McKenzie...you are exceptional!
The service in this establishment is phenomenal. My daughter was able to try on at least 8 prom dresses in her size. The assistants not only gave her 1 on 1 attention, they also fully understood the drama in finding dresses that fit properly. They had a way of making her feel that she was the most important person in the store. Prom is over, and my daughter looked classy, confident, and fabulous.nThanks to the wonderful staff at Bella Mia!!
If you spend $400 on a dress the shop that sells it should capable of doing the alterations.nMost high end clothing stores offer free alterations.
Visited Bella Mia with my daughter in search of a prom dress. Great selection, staff was super helpful. Overall great experencie, you don't find customer service like this very often.
