I searched the list and stopped at “Sunny J’s, Took a couple minutes to read the reviews, then, I called, explained what I needed and Scheduled my appointment for her next opening... I walked through the doors, I noticed every rack was filled with inventory. The variety of selections for Bras, underwear undergarments, sets, was unreal. Control Tops, bottoms, and sets of bra & panties (light,medium,firm), Bra sizes, cups size, straps, strapless, wire, uniform, patterns, prints, solids color, sports bra’s, several brand names for undergarment.nThe Owner is a Christian and a wealth of knowledge concerning undergarments wear and care. The History of Sunny J’s Pro Bra & Swimwear Shop, started with her Dad, he donated a percentage of his earnings to religious foundation who gives all proceeds to help children. She explained How her Dad built the business from the ground up. The owner is professional, Customer friendly, knowledgeable and if you’re seeking a wonderful experience with customer service, Your at the right retail.nWhy, did I chose Sunny J’s Pro Bra & Swimwear? Prayer and It’s was the way she presented herself over the phone. She asked questions that told me she’s knowledgeable in quality, comfort and she stands behind the guarantee of the products she’s selling. Good quality undergarments are $$ costly, but she has discounted prices and regular sale items ... It’s been a long time since I have experience great customer service with a fitting for the correct size and measurements. I will be back.

Definitely a bad experience. I went into the store and as soon as I walked into the store the salesperson, or perhaps owner, I’m not sure, aggressively indicated that they were closing. No greeting, no welcome, no thank you for coming in, nothing. She immediately walked right past me and to the counter to look at her clock to say to me again (as if I did not hear her the first time) we are closing in 15 minutes in agitated tone. The entire experience was rude and frankly embarrassing. At least two other individuals came into the store after me and there was nothing said to them. The ONLY difference...me being a person of color and the other people not and they came into the store at least 5 minutes later than me.nnWhile I knew what I was coming into the store to get, my purchase if they had the item in stock, would have only taken a few minutes. I had no intention, desire, or energy to try on anything.nnA more customer friendly approach if they were worried I’d be there to close would have been to say “Hello, thank you for coming in. What can we help you with today?” Had I actually said I wanted to be fitted and sized, a good customer service response would have been “We’d like to spend the right amount of time with you for fitting, unfortunately we have customers waiting and won’t be able to complete any additional fittings today, could we schedule an appointment with you that works with your schedule?” - Very easy to do; but first you have to actually care enough to value customers, and all types of customers.

Sunny J's is an amazing shop. I always leave looking like a goddess in my new bras. Each garment is correctly fitted and comfortable to wear.nThere is no guesswork for me, I walk in, they look at the notes they've taken from my last visit, and bring me great fitting bras while I relax in the fitting rooms. I'm not searching for items, I get to pamper myself while they do the legwork.nDefinitely worth the trip!

I have been going to Sunny j for few years and today was the first time I did not get the service I usually get .. I waited and sat for about 10 or more mins between fittings .. I brought a friend who in the next room was being serviced the way I was use to. I got very frustrated because we both had appointments.. maybe the gal was having a bad day .I still think it is the best place to get fitted for a bra but just seemed like this gal didn’t want to wait on me ..no conversation and I was there for almost an hour most of the time just sitting in the room waiting ...The store was not busy at all... I think I will drive out to Howell next tine

First time there and the service was amazing. We will definitely be back.
