I had to come on and do a review. Every time I go in to this store the staff have been polite, busy, but polite. The other day I stopped in and overheard another customer giving the cashier a hard time. We tend to forget these are frontline workers. They are exposing themselves to many people everyday. I used to work in retail so I know how customer can get. And reading some of these reviews is just laughable. I love this store, they’re pharmacy has never given me a problem before and sometimes I haven’t been the most patient. And there is a really nice gentleman who works up front who is such a sweetheart.

DO NOT GO HERE FOR COVID TESTING. Go somewhere that can get you results in a timely fashion and actually has any information about the process.

Drive 15 extra minutes and shop at a different Walgreens. Management here is unfortunately the worse I've ever experienced. There needs to be better training and improved attitudes.

The pharmacy staff work very slow or don't like to work. I called to fill my son's Rx and I was told that it would be ready in half an hour. I went there three hours later and after waiting in line for 15 minutes, I was told that it wasn't ready because they've been out of stock for a few days. It was a simple Rx of children multi-vitamins.

Worst pharmacy ever, always long lines very rude staff. I have been battling this pharmacy forver and then started going to cvs which is the best pharmacy ever dont have to sit in a long line just to drop off a perscription. Theres 8 people working behind the counter and it took me 20 mins just to drop off a perscription and then another 15 min just to pick it up. I would give zero stars if i could. Took cvs 15 min from drop off to pick up stay away from this pharmacy if you have the chance. This pharmacy is rated the worst in michigan
