I took my Nissan car there for an oil change tire rotation and a slow leak repaired turn into a fiasco. my lease ends in 4 months and I was going to lease a new Nissan but after doing business at this dealership I will never purchased one of their vehicle again.nI do feel service I meet hundreds of people I where my way to warn them about the poor service you received at Canton. I can't speak bad about the sales department but the service department poorly managed and the staff doesn't seem to be well trained.nThat's why people say most in mechanics and service managers at dealerships are the bottom skilled ladder.

I normally don't write reviews, but I have to give a major shout out to Nissan of Canton for their service. During the Covid-19 crisis, my 2015 Chevy Suburban wouldn't start. Being that they were the only service company close by that was open, they took our car in, no questions asked, and were able to get us up and running. We had to take it back in for another issue the next day, which ended up just being a rock in the differential, Aaron and his staff just said don't worry about it, and fixed it without charge. The fact that they serviced a Chevy during our time of need shows me just how great these people. Thank you Trish and Aaron and the entire team in the service department for helping us when we were in need!
