Restaurants near the airport, nice FBO with friendly folks, low fuel price and good condition runways . Easy in and out air traffic. Be careful with the noise abatement traffic pattern procedure..

Great airport, always love to go there for the annual pancake breakfast with the family, Jim the airport manager has always been very friendly and helpful, looking forward to do some more training there. Very convenient location.

Live north of Ann Arbor Rd & at 8:30 in the morning their planes are circling my house. My next call will be with the FAA if this doesn’t stop. Take care of business, Mettetal...please!

1D2 - easy to find, just punch in the airport identifier and your GPS will bring you to a nice little (2,300, 18/36 runway) airfield!

Did my flight training at this airport back in '04. It's a well maintained airport and has friendly people who work there. Recommended.
