Malena Cummings is the very best tax accountant I've ever had! She's very thorough and accurate in making sure my tax returns are completed in an efficient and timely manner. I appreciate her advice about changes in the tax law for the year I'm filing my tax returns. She's very kind and always charges me a reasonable fee for her work. In addition, Malena makes sure that I have all the necessary forms completed to file my state and city taxes too. I highly recommend her to handle all your personal and business tax needs! She's the best!

I have been with TaxCo Solutions for over a year and I have been very pleased. I used these guys last year for quarterly taxes. This year I'll be using them for w2 taxes with 1099. They are nice people.

I have used them a handful of times for my taxes and don't really have a complaint in that regard. My issue is that they had my card on file from prior transactions, it was provided again upon the completion of my taxes, and then I get a call some time later from a secretary stating that they do not have it and I provided it yet again over the phone. Now I have a letter from their attorney stating he is attempting to collect a debt... the card is good, the money is there, my bank says that taxco never attempted to process a transaction. Is it really that hard to process a transaction? I have attempted to pay multiple times and am stuck dealing with some sort of administrative incompetence.
