Violet was very rude! I just went in to get a new card. They discontinued my card and told me they mailed me a card which I never received. So I went In to the office on joy rd in canton. Never again!! I could hear her talking To the receptionist in her cubicle before I even got to meet with her and you could tell she was upset that I was there to get just get a card she asked if anyone else could take me but everyone else had someone so she brought me back was very rude right away and kept asking me if I did my taxes through them I did my taxes online myself through H&R Block but you could tell she was annoyed that she wasn’t gonna make any money off this and I will never go back to this office again do not go there and Violet they say is the manager I can’t believe she is a manager very rude very rude!

I was totally pleased w/your service & w/Susan Gates, but i may get my taxes done for FREE @ the Plymouth District Library by AARP as i have done in previous years. I was told my tax service would be about $128 & it was $198 because i 'had more than one document' ~ I wish had been given more clarity about the cost when i signed up.

Because Joan (Juana) Mielke is the best tax preparer. She take care of everything and tries to get the most for you in your return. Does not waste any time completing your taxes!
