Love the warm pool but no one seems to follow the rules to shower before entering the pool. Very frustrating to watch! Still charging full monthly fees with most amenities taken away!

Enjoyable and polite staff. Clean facility.
My favorite place in Chelsea. Everything is super clean, and they have everything you could want.nnYou can get a pump, then soak in a hot tub, and roast in the sauna. It's fantastic.
I refuse to support a place that treats its employees so poorly. They charge a premium for membership but believe me, I've known former employees and they have nothing but bad to say about this place! AVOID.
