Bell Wasik Buick GMC

I called the dealership 3/25, first thing in the morning, to inquire the price and availability of a vehicle I was interested in. I was told it was in and that I could come right in to look at it.nI get there and greeted by a salesman as soon as we come in, he asks who we spoke with and we told him Logan, he brings us to a man at a desk who has a wait around and then has a sit in a waiting room, just so we can work with the same person who brought us in, who never told us his name.. He has us look at a different vehicle because the vehicle we wanted was being driven by the owners wife. He had us test drive a different vehicle, I guess to keep us busy? Then we get back and wait around some more and he has a test drive a vehicle the same make and model as the one we came to see, but isn’t the one we came to see, (the online photos were stock so it wasn’t obvious) which he tells us after the test drive. Very strange. We wait around even longer and keep getting told in 10 mins over and over it’ll be here and it never does. He was telling us what payment we were looking at before even appraising our vehicle... When they did finally appraise our vehicle it was for $5500 LESS than FIVE of the local dealerships we went to after.nHe has some issues with getting the payment we desire, which is perfectly fine but he gets frustrated and sends us away and says he will call us by the end of the day to update us. Here we are 5 days later and no phone call or follow up. Even though we got harassed with phone calls leading up to us finding a car we actually wanted to come in and look at. I recommend any other dealership. We waisted several hours and several hits on our credit at this poor excuse for a dealership. I come from a GM family and disgusted with this and the way they run their business.

If you want to get into a newer nicer car, this is the place to go! Top notch customer service and they will do anything to help you get into a new vehicle. I'm so excited about my new Nissan!

I have been getting my oil changes here for years. Staff is knowledgeable and friendly. Today I went to have a headlight and air filter replaced. I handed them the parts and they had them installed in a few minutes. The staff didn’t even charge me for the installation. I highly recommend checking out the Bell Wasik service center.
