Every year our Dad would have a little project out at the park; being one of 7 children, I recall numerous times over the years growing up that we would go to the park to help with his vision. He envisioned a gathering place for the community. It is such a beautiful county park, please make great memories with your family and friends. Great grills for picnics and reunions, horseshoe pits, soccer fields and basketball court.
Spacious, pretty park with huge covered picnic area, fire ring, two large grills, excellent playgroud, lots of sun and shade, horse shoe spot. Highly recommend!
This is the perfect place for a family get together! Playground for the kids, plenty of grills for cooking out, and lots of seating and open grassy areas. And the scenery is so beautiful! Always at the top of my list when in town.
