Really helped me out. Can't tell you anything much about the business, but my bike broke down 25miles east of town and they sent a truck with a motorcycle trailer out right away to rescue me and get me to the Harley repair shop in Marquette, for a very reasonable fee, so the people are great folks- I would have to assume that they run their business accordingly.
