Don't miss this little sweet roadside park.. nice place for lunch or just relaxing in the afternoon. Still had some fall color, but, that won't last long..... winter is coming.nnThere's a staircase to the beach, but, unfortunately, there's no beach ud83cudfd6ufe0f at this time, apparently, they had to place rocks along the shoreline of stability.

I drove an hour and 40 mins only to find that it was closed. When it clearly said it was open.

Took a drive up the coast to Port Austin and there were 2 or 3 little road side areas. Very clean, have restrooms, grills, and tables. They also have historical markers. This particular one advised of a severe storm on November 9, 1913 which resulted in the death of hundreds of seamen.
