This place is magical beautiful scenic relaxing peaceful serene... Need I go on? Come visit if you need a little retreat! The trails are well maintained. There is a beautiful river you can walk along and a couple bridges over that river. The presentation on the petroglyph rock or Indian rock carvings was fascinating! Even the tree roots are marked with yellow spray paint to avoid tripping. It's a great place to walk and pray the rosary! Do yourself a favor and experience the glory of God and visit this place soon!
Apparently the actual petroglyphs are only open from memorial day to labor day we found it weird they had the whole pavilion tarped off so you couldn't even look at them through the fencing
Beautiful park but petroglyphs are under rehab and can't be seen.
Guides are very knowledgeable! Beautifully maintained trails with lots of native vegetation to view. If you are in the area check out one of our local natural wonders!
It is too difficult to really make out the carvings, especially with the stupid social distancing where the lady talking is so far away from you you can't even tell what she's talking about. The biggest problem is just so much moss covering them and age. The stories were interesting.
