You will LOVE it here at Klines! We have owned for 12 years and although we have our home for sale, we will forever cherish all the wonderful memories made here with family and friends. It is a friendly golf cart community with plenty of activities, pot lucks and dinners! Oh, and on the 3 summer holidays, don’t miss out on the delicious pancake breakfast!! So many memories of conversations and games around the campfire. Picnics and family pontoon rides (also tubing). We are one BIG family here at Klines and we will definitely be back to visit!!

My husband and I applied for a home to buy in this beautiful (and it IS beautiful) park but we’re turned down because of a 5 year old issue. Even though our payment record of ALL our bills, had no trouble getting financed for this home, and never even met face-to-face we were still turned down. I called the office 5 times and never got a return call until a week later but still no approval. We have always made a place look better than it did after we moved in!! My hobby is decorating. All the people we met seemed to like us a lot!! Guess he thought we might be white trash (even if we never saw the mgr). Mostly 50+ mobile home park. Well maintained. Would recommend.
I know several people who live out here. It's a nice clean community and the places are quite nice.
