GLY is extremely warm and welcoming to new students. It's a very calming atmosphere and the teachers and regulars treat you like you've been part of the family for years. It's a great way to work up a sweat and meditate at the same time. I encourage you to try a class you may be scared to try. Get out of your comfort zone.
