Bought a coat for my wife and it was a bit too cheap and wasn't warm enough. Brought it in to return it six days later and they stated that they wouldn't have sold it in the condition we brought it in like, even though my wife only wore it once.nnThey were incredibly rude about it and the place mat that the coat was lying on stated that there was a guaranteed 30 day return policy but they still were adamant. They ended up allowing the return after quite a long conversation where the manager ended up shaking from anxiety.nnAll in all it was a very weird encounter and i tried not to act like a Karen over thirty dollars but i held my ground because we had the receipt. We certainly won't be going back, a discount isn't worth a stressful environment.
Always at Burlington, there's a nice selection of merchandise! Name brands for a fraction of the suggested retail prices. I always find something I need in this store. Highly recommend.
I came in contact with one of the most amazing women ive ever met and just happens to be a cashier at Burlington. Kindest, sweetest , and most helpful cashier ive came across. If you ever have the pleasure of Megan being your cashier you will totally agree.
