Phone contact only, no manager available, phone contact refused to answer questions until I gave her my credit card info. After processing card info I found out the business couldn't accommodate me but charge still appeared on card. I never could enter the property because phone contact couldn't or wouldn't tell me how gate worked.
Update to my original post: I should have contacted the main office before I posted. While I still think the driveway in needs to be better situated, that's just my opinion. I Am IMPRESSED that the owner came to meet me to discuss my issue with my unit!! Customer service at its best!!
Highly upset that my stuff is mainly moldy I have been with them for over a year and we moved units and when we did for some reason most of my stuff has mold now
