My experience with the finance department was excellent, extremely helpful and engaged. Guided me through the process very easily.nnKeri who connected me with the sales team from my online interest was extremely helpful and friendly, she worked with me on a Sunday to help me get my questions answered.nnMy experience with the sales team was very poor, Sean was disengaged throughout the process. He really seemed like he could care less. I drove to this dealership with a specific truck I wanted to purchase, and I feel like because he knew that, that he felt like he didn't need to put in much effort. I feel like when you purchase a $58,000 vehicle that there should be more than a take it or leave it attitude. When discussing potential financing options, he did not help guide me towards the lowest monthly payment which what I had requested. He just suggested the offer with the rebates even though there was a zero percent financing option. It is a huge disservice to advertise online two deals(zero %financing and rebates) and then only tell someone at the end that the fine print means that they only get one or the other. Sean told me he was starting a new job the next day and perhaps that was why he did not put much effort into the customer experience and appeared to be distracted. I love the truck, but sadly cannot say the same thing about the sales experience.

Went in for an oil change, had lost my spare key set and wanted replaced. They recommended I have the fuel injectors cleaned and mentioned the recommended cleaning at 30,000 mile range. I bought it with 32,000 miles on it and currently have 42,000. The service was great and the injector cleaning fixed an issue I was having since I bought it. Could not figure if it was me imagining things or the truck had an issue. Looks like the truck had an issue. This raises the question why wasn’t that fixed prior to my purchase, it was still under the 36,000 mile warranty, It seems that 30,000 or even 42000 miles is awful soon to have the injectors cleaned, at least past vehicles were much later. That was $196. Now to engineer and design and sell a set of keys and key fob for $220 seems like a total lack of customer awareness. Customers will lose keys and having to pay that price for a new set is outrageous for the customer. But then again this the same Engineering Dept of GM that also engineered a couple of cars that you had to take off the finder or bumper costing over $200 to change a $15 Headlight. Total lack of customer awareness. As I said the service they preformed was top notch but the cost we have to pay for stupid engineering is way off base. Very disappointed in the GM brand at this point. It will be my last GM/Chevrolet.

This dealership is amazing. They are so friendly and very helpful. They even picked me up from the airport. They stayed in contact with me from beginning to end. Answered all my questions without giving me the run around. They called and checked on me on my 7 hour ride back home. This dealership will be the first place I call when in the market for a new vehicle hands down. All the people involved in the purchase of my vehicle was on the same page from being to end. The thing that really got me was, some paperwork on my end worth about $4300 had some problems. They still granted me the $4300 with no problems and told me once I get home just get it fixed and get them the information. That in itself is amazing. They could have easily stopped the sale of the vehicle. They didn't even waste no time on it. The sale was finalized and I was on my way home. Mind you this was a brand new 2021 Blazer almost a $40,000 vehicle. So with that being said I would recommend them to any and everyone. My sales reps name was Rudy. Make sure you ask for Rudy. Just purchased a vehicle and had great service. I worked with Bob and he was so easy to work with, helpful, and NOT pushy. He took me and my shopping seriously, put up with my ever changing mind, and was great to work with. He didn't overstep, didn't call or text me 50 million times, but just enough to check in and see what I needed, ask how the car was (I test drove one for the night), and was just easy going. Get ahold of Bob for your car needs, you will not regret it!

Loved my experience here but after a few months the car is covered in issues. 6 check engine codes, 3 of them being issues that were there when we bought it such as an automatic starter, and the stable track which popped up on the way home. Not to mention the the rear windshield wiper that never worked which is going to cost me over $200 to replace it.
