Patrick was extremely knowledgeable in diagnosing and repairing our boat. Even though we were incorrect about what the problem was, he still was able to get the parts and have it fixed in the 5 day timeline he originally gave us! We were thoroughly impressed, and will use Drummond Marine in the future.
In past always had an acceptable experience with them. In fact as the Mrs. And I was walking through the front door I remarked that they are really good here. When we left it was like they would be happy if they never saw us again. Dont know what I did to deserve that but i hope they were just having a bad day. My wife sure was not impressed. Hope they figure it out.nSorry to say We are likely to oblige them and not come back. Too bad hard to find good mechanics as i have been told they have.
As an owner of an older model boat, I was amazed at how friendly and helpful the people were. I left feeling good about the experience. I'd recommend shopping here. The showroom is clean and very well organized. The service center is clean and they look very professional. I learned more in 15 minutes here, than I've learned in many years of working on my own boats check them out! If they cant get it or do it, they will steer you in the right direction.
Always super helpful and get parts in much faster than anywhere else, which gets my boat back on the water sooner for us to enjoy.
