Love just watching the birds
A great place to walk around.
This park is right in a busy part of Holland, but it sits down off of the road so it's easy to block all of the traffic out.nBeautiful view of the river and Windmill Island.nThere are many beautiful parks in Holland and the surrounding area, some that I haven't even checked out yet but plan on doing.nSince I take my dogs with me, I have to look for the dog friendly ones, but I've never been disappointed with any of them.
This place is very beautiful. The land is well maintained and the sidewalks are clear and well cemented. But that being said, the water treatment plant is nearby so there is a distinct and not too pleasant smell in the air. There is unfortunately a lot trash in the water as well, though I am not sure how much the park staff can do about it. Other than these things, there is a lot of space to walk and beautiful plant and wildlife here. It is definitely a good place to visit.
