North River has failed to deliver my pizza!!!nTony the manager has failed twice on his part!!! I ordered for delivery twice at my job, Magna Engineered Glass, then I spoke to him the third time from home what has happened and I had not had a good experience. So again..... no pizza showed up!!!!! My Google people!!! And my 13,000.000.00 people that follow.. help me help them make the north river domino's do better!!!!!nPlease give me my money back!!! Because you took it out of my account!!!!nIt's been 2 hrs !!!!!nWaiting for refund or pizza!!!
Excellent service! The young lady that waited on me was extremely polite and friendly! They were extremely busy so I had to wait an extra few minutes from my food, but it was still delicious!
Called in and got put on hold for 5 minutes. Called in again, got put on hold. Called in again, got ignored for 5 calls in a row. Decided to see if they were ignoring my specific number so I called in on another phone and they picked right up. Totally unprofessional, and this is a pattern with this dominos. Also food was burned when we did finally get it.
Took over an hour, pizza was cold. I tried a piece of each pizza and ended up making ramen, it was better.
Great staff, dedicated to quality and a good customer experience. When there is a long wait, or something not just right, they will take they time to fix it. I have not had this experience at all stores, but this one goes above and beyond!
