Just a phenomenal gym. All the right equipment. The layout and space is great. The light coming in and atmosphere is perfect. Lots of room to maneuver. Never feels crowded. Great place to get down to business and work on you.

Customer service is amazing! The gym is awesome too! They have a ground floor for weights and an upper floor for cardio!
I was on a three month training plan with Charlotte and she was EXACTLY the type of trainer I needed. She was always willing to work WITH me and didn't only have one specific way of training. She would always change up the work outs and test my body and push it to it's limits while being respectable of my needs and wants out of a work out plan. I've dealt with disordered eating before and she never made me do anything to trigger my past. If anything she worked with it really well. I went down from an XL shirt to a small and down a few pant sizes as well but the best part is that I FEEL good. I have so much more energy and actually look forward to my work outs. My 3 month training program is over but I've decided to continue because Iron Lab is the only place that's made me feel like their programs and trainers work with you. 10/10 would recommend Iron Lab and Charlotte Kapitza!
Great to be back at the gym especially a new gym very clean and open and lots of room very excited to keep coming back Jason and Heather did a awesome job with their new location
