The studio is on the smaller side, which makes it much more personal. The staff is incredible, knowledgeable and kind. They offer many different classes and services. I can't wait to go back.
Amazing place for yoga - it is quaint and quiet and the owners/yogis are super friendly.
I visited Joy yoga for the yelp elite event. The event was well organized. They had free green drinks and Appetizers prior to event. The instructor for the beginners yoga class was Susie. The class was amazing. I really enjoyed this event. I plan on taking classes at Joy starting next month. After the event beer and wine was served along with crab cakes and kale bites.
This place rocks! Not only is it beautifully serene inside, but the owners are so sweet and fun! The instructors are very well informed and a joy to learn from. Bodhi Tree has a variety of different classes to try-from gentle to intense muscle building. I just love it! Give it a try for sure!
There is a great variety of instructors and yoga techniques to choose from.
