CrossFit Holland exceeds expectations of the average gym! They go above and beyond to meet the needs of their clients. Great community atmosphere, with supportive and determined coaches. I absolutely love CFH. The quality of this Crossfit is unbeatable. Numerous times, the coaches have stayed after class to help me with form & technique when they really didn’t have to. The community here is very positive, encouraging, and friendly as well. Eli does a great job of ensuring social distancing and cleanliness at the gym and keeping everyone safe. I’m super grateful to be a part of this gym!

Eli and the coaching team are simply the BEST! They take the time to get to know your needs in a personable way. The workouts are extremely diverse, so I've never become bored. This box has nice equipment and lots of space to handle big groups, too. There is a nice mix of ages, guys, girls, beginner, novice and expert. In the 1 year that I've been going, my performance has exceeded my wildest expectations and I'm constantly learning new things about technique and my own body. And, there is a ton of honest encouragement and friendliness from the other members as an extra bonus!

Love the scrapyard climbing gym! The gym is nice and clean and the staff are very friendly.
