Amazing staff and the new owner is super friendly and nice. They went the extra mile to revamp the place when they changed owners with all new equipment and make you feel safe during a pandemic with sanitizer bottles on demand at all times to wipe down equipment. I don't worry about working out in a mask when it's a place I enjoy going to.

This place is awesome. They have a wide range of both free weights and machines. Cardio equipment is in good shape. Love the fact that they offer 24/7 access and have daycare available, too. So far, we love our membership there.

One of the best gym experiences I've had in Holland, MI. When I moved in here I was looking for:n- friendly environment;n- group classes;n- good price deal;n- local business (preferably family owned business).nnAfter long researching and visiting multiple gyms in the area (both south and north side) I walked into Family Fitness and was really stunned to find out that all my checkmarks had been crossed in here.nnIt is also under new ownership and the owner is doing lots of improvements inside: new flooring, new workout machines, fresh painting, remodeling of the daycare, group class room, cafeteria, etc.nnHighly recommend this gym!

I have been an instructor and trainer at this gym for quite a long time. Sunny recently bought it and has been making improvements from the get go! She has our members at the top of her list and cares about their health and wants them to have a great experience every time they workout with us!! We are all excited to get back to working out with youud83dude0a

I have been a member of this gym for over 10 years, one of my favorite places! Always clean and the new owners have been making huge improvements in equipment and atmosphere. Highly recommend if you're looking for a positive experience with whatever your fitness goals are!
