Worst managed gas station I've seen. How can the only insulated coffee cup you offer not have a matching lid?! Boggles me how someone hire up has not fired everyone yet.
Current cashier named Will has a very poor attitude to customers. Wrang up the wrong tobacco product, switched it for the correct one, but never rang up with correct price, so over charged.
Rude employees who seem to care more about their cigarette breaks than the customers. Long lines. They needs 2 employees on to avoid this problem. Management is terrible! The food and beverage counter is ALWAYS dirty. The trashes inside and out are overflowing. There seems to be a mess of stock that sits for days out on the floor blocking shelves and isles. The coolers are empty most of the time. I now go out of my way to go to Speedway because it is much better customer service. Fix these problems and customers may start coming back. I know that I am not the only customer who now avoids this location at all costs!
This gas station was ran very well for years. Free air pump, always had fuel, rarely were pumps down, etc. For the past year, I have had a different clerk every time I get gas. Lines are very long as usually one person is running the entire store, and the gas pumps are almost always down whether it is one or sometimes more. In short, this used to be a good place, no longer. Spend your money elsewhere.
Every day there is a huge line at 5:00. 1 staff member in the store! It took 15 min to get a pop on my way home from work. Let's get some help in there!
