CVS

I switched to CVS inside target on Jefferson Boulevard about five months ago. I am overly happy with them Amy and Heather are amazing and they make every one of their customers feel very special I would love to say thank you to them and let you all know if you go there you’re in for a treat even if you feel bad. I hope their management sees this They are gold and and in every way an asset to your team.

They barely got items and the older guy that’s a cashier is slow and got the nerves to be rude

Went to get a flu shot and was refused. They said my insurance did not cover a flu shot, although I have CVS Caremark. Called another CVS and was able to do a flu shot just fine.

First time I went there the pharmacy was super helpful. It took a while but it was my first time there (having to transfer scripts due to my insurance is in partnership with CVS) so I did not mind waiting. They were very thorough and even found me a coupon to save me about $50. So I walked away feeling great especially since everyone told me how horrible they were. So now it is time for my first refill (which was suppose to be set up on automatic refills) so I call and it is not ready. Said they could fill it today and asked when I would like to pick it up. I responded that I could do so in about an hour (mind you it is suppose to auto fill). The lady got nasty stating it could not be done that quickly. When I asked how long she said at least 2 hours. Ok no problem. She had the worst attitude in the world however. Like I was putting her out. Maybe she is having a bad day but I have to say I knew exactly who she was because last time I was there same attitude (luckily someone else helped me then). Bottom line is last time I would have given 5 stars - this time 3 stars and honestly it would have been 1 star if they did not help me so much the first time. It really just depends on who helps you. Some are super helpful and nice while some seem to just be bitter about life and take it out on others around them. It is sad as their reputation is being negatively impacted due to this. Management needs to be really careful about who they are putting in customer contact positions so not to tarnish their brand.

I assume the store manager and pharm mgr never read their reviews. Every complaint I have mirrors others already made. Mike is the only decent pharmacist there
