We bought a little Ford from JJ's about a year ago. The only issue was the air conditioner didn't work as advertised. We took it back and they replaced it *twice* at their own cost. Worked fine ever since. Very happy with the service, nice folks, good car.
I recently bought my 16 year old daughter a vehicle here. My experience was exceptional and the owner definitely goes above and beyond to ensure that you're happy with your purchase as well as that you're getting a fair deal. Even after purchasing the car he was attentive and proactive to resolve my concerns. I will definitely be utilizing JJ's again in the future as well will recommend it to my friends and family. I rate JJ's a 5 +!!!!
JJ Auto is the absolute best! From the moment I inquired to the moment I drove off the lot in my new car, their customer service was the best I ever experienced.
