absolute worst bank to ever i go in their to ask about something for my paypal because i need something from my bank no one their even tried to help they said paypal wasn’t safe and she kept incorrecting me as if i don’t know what i’m doing paypal is obviously safe because over 70 million people use
Customer service is exceptional at this specific branch and Macatawa Bank in general. No other bank has come close in my experience.
