Extremely rude!! I will Never go back this branch again! And even after 3 years of banking with them.. I may close my accounts and find a better place for my money.
I'm not sure what's up with Mic Andrews, but I've worked with the folks at the River Road branch for almost 7 years and have had nothing but excellent service. The staff, from tellers to CSR to Branch Manager have been fantastic in everything that they have done.
This location Shorted me money on a drive thru withdraw and laughed about it. They called me 2 hours after the fact. I received a phone call to tell me my math was correct and They could deposit it into my account.. I came to the bank to withdraw the cash because I needed the cash in certain denominations.. I wasn’t amused. I am not sure why the caller found this so funny? I won’t be back to this location. It seems turn over is high here I never see the same teller twice. I don’t find it amusing when a bank employee finds humor in a mistake such as shorting a customer of their cash!I mean if it’s amusing to you ,try to contain yourself until after the phone call next time...EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL !!!
