We have had Ken do our taxes for several years now. He is very knowledgeable and friendly. He does my in laws taxes as well and all of us are very happy with his services. He does great if you are self employed. 5 stars for sure!

Highly do not recommend.nWe were not informed when our taxes were ready to be signed and then didn’t receive our taxes for weeks and got absolutely no assistance. I finally had to call to find out what was happening with our taxes and correct all of my personal information so we could get our taxes that were supposed to be getting directly deposited in our account.nAfter literal MONTHS of trying to get ahold of this place for anything, I’ve finally given up that they will be taking any responsibility for their mistakes or even attempting to make it right.nTodd did our taxes. Lynn told us there had been issues with their receptionist calling people once and not leaving a message, then after saying she would call me back or help me, she stopped answering emails and I’ve been unable to get her on the phone. I recently left a message on the machine and have yet to hear back.

I got my taxes done today by Mark at Diemer Accounting and Tax Services. He was so patient with my husband and I even though we gave him several reasons to be annoyed. We are so pleased with how well Mark did. I highly recommend getting your taxes done here.
