Highly recommend! I absolutely love Rosemary, she has been filling my taxes since I moved to Holland (a little over 6 years ago.) ud83dude0a If ever a problem should arise, she has been so quick to get the issue resolved. I’ve had nothing but pleasant experiences with the staff, they are professional & friendly. I honestly think the prices are very reasonable, definitely in comparison to where I filled previously.

This will be my forth year having my taxes prepared by Pro Tax. Every year they have been incredible. Even with all the additional tax documents that I had to file. Very professional and timely. They answered questions that I didn't even know I had! Will continue to use them for all of my tax preparation services.

$50 to file taxes when filing taxes yourself is free to begin with, people need educated and taxes should be taught in school.nnON TOP OF THAT!! If you forget a W2 they will charge you MORE than the original filing fee they charged to begin with!!! $75nnSo basically you are paying people to do what you can do yourself, and letting them rob you while doing it. DO NOT USE THEM FOR TAXES THEY WILL MANIPULATE YOU!!nnGo learn how to file taxes, save some money ud83dudcaf

Very unprofessional. Had all the front staff members flirting with some guy that had come in. And this gentleman was throwing F bombs left and right. We’ve had our tax returns done there maybe two or three times now and when we call and schedule they let us know what documents we need and some how once we get there for the appointment we’re missing something. So we have to come back and finish the appointment at a different date with all the necessary information. Fine. But when we come back RoseMary has to start our whole application again. On top of that we gave her new bank account information and that wasn’t changed. And we also have a new address and that wasn’t changed either. Rose Mary is very nice I’ll give her that but not punctual for appointments and I’m not confident she is even doing the tax return correctly with all the information she missed/forgot to change.
