Great tasting coffee. At a good price. Always very friendly service. The wait is a little bit longer than tge other popular coffee place. But it shows in the quality of the finished product. I would rather wait a couple extra minutes for perfection ud83dude0d. Thank you guys. Without you my morning commute wouldn't be the same. This is why I always tip. So stop by this location and when you do show the staff you appreciation for all of their hard work and tip. They are helping get us through this hard time. We don't recognize food and beverage employees enough. They have worked hard through this pandemic as well.

This is probably my least favorite Heines location in Louisville. Service is incredibly slow, I always have to repeat myself at least twice, and my drink always comes out to be very bitter and not mixed very well, even with adjustments. Whereas when I ordered the same thing at a diff Heines location on Bardstown and it tastes perfectly fine, its thoroughly mixed, and my drink is made in under 5 minutes. But at least the staff here is friendly though, that is until they realize that you aren't giving them a well deserved tip that they think they should. Though if that's the case, please improve the quality of the product that you intend to sell as well as the service so that next time I can find a reason to leave a very good tip.

Love this place and the people that work there. I appreciate all the hard work they do. They’ve stayed open through the whole pandemic, always working hard to provide top notch service to the community.

First time here - great experience. Drive through cashier/barista really understands how to make people feel special. Will be back tomorrow!
