I am not a member here, but I wanted to see about getting a loan so I just stopped in one day. I waited 30 minutes for someone to be available and then applied for the loan. I was told since it was 4:30 I may not receive a decision until the next day. That was almost a month ago now, and I still haven't received a call back after leaving two messages asking for some kind of information. The clock is ticking for a denial letter if that is the case. This is a hard inquiry on my credit..... and you can't call back? Absolutely TERRIBLE customer service in that respect. I would lose my job for something like this!nnNow an hour later they call. I already called your 800 number and spoke with someone as well.
When we were lost in the process of a loan with another lending institution ...MFCU Evart stepped right up. The staff here is friendly and makes you feel welcome. I felt right at home. Walked us through the process and had us on our way in less than a week. Hats off to these folks ....proud to be a member.
I usually don't do reviews but i have to say this is the worst financial institution i have ever delt with. They're service policies are the worst I've ever dealt with. I wouldn't recommend them to anyone!
I love the staff here! I love this credit union they treat you like family.
