I worked with Casey last summer on a dock plan and parts purchase that met my needs and budget. He is knowledgeable, energetic, friendly and humorous. I had some issues with the independent contractors installation (not related to DnD nor was he on their recommended list) and Casey went above and beyond expectations to assist me in resolving same. Nicely done, and he gets a potential repeat customer in return.
I try to support local businesses when I can, especially during this Covid 19 situation. I purchased an anchor chain for my boat from them for $27.59. I could of purchased one from amazon for $17.96 but I wanted to support the local store. The anchor chain didn’t work well so I wanted to exchange for a heavier chain. I didn’t have a receipt but the price tag was still on the chain. The store refused to do the exchange because of no receipt. They pulled up my name on their system and they only logged in big price items that I purchased, like the $2800 paddle boat I bought a few years ago.nnThis place will not be on my list to shop for a new boat lift and pontoon.
I ordered a new hoist for my boat from Casey. Casey is very professional and a joy to work with. He took care of ordering everything while shut down with covid-19. Once allowed he scheduled my install with Brendan. Brendan and his crew were professional and pleasant hard-working guys. I would recommend Casey for any hoist need that you may have.
Casey has been great to work with in purchasing a used dock. He communicated regularly to make sure we got what we wanted. His service was superb and price was fair. I highly recommend contacting them for any of your needs.
