Was affraid to go to a boat parts shop. But I was pleasantly surprised.nStaff helped me find the right parts I needed the most affordable and safe way. Were knowledgeable and friendly. All of which surprised me. Would be comfortable returning for more parts and would feel good recommending the shop to others
They recommended a product that didn't work. Now they won't refund my money. They said I used 3 sprays and now they can not resell it.nnI payed $18.43 for 303 acleaner and blocker solvent.
In 2020 Wilson has a no return policy. Using Covid as excuse. They say no returns even after. Ever. You buy it you own it so make sure you are positive you want it and plan for it to fit to not ever have any issues.nAlso for spark plugs they wanted $11 a piece for one I bought at napa for a bit under 5.nEmployees are fine, review is for the management policy.
