Awesome place. Providing utility carts goes above & beyond most storage facilities... clean & really well lighted.
Storage units have chicken wire for a roof so items are visible from people walking by with a selfie stick. Great security otherwise. Some tend to follow cars in so keep close to the door when entering and exiting to keep everyone safe. Clean environment but not a good first impression of the staff. Easy access with 2 large elevators and plenty of carts to help move items. Rent went up within the 1st year but could be a new owner motivated to recoup purchase. I will revise if anything improves since I had a great experience with previous staff. ⭐ufe0f⭐ufe0f but might see improvements and up the tally
Called in multiple times to confirm I would only have to pay $25 on move in, over the phone this was confirmed three separate times then when I got to the storage unit to move in they changed the total to $111 for move in. An Absolute joke was a much better place when it was ran by beyond. public storage is terrible. No wonder they have so many empty units only good reviews on here are from when it was owned by the other company. Stay as far away from this place as you can
Sam was very helpful, with the change of ownership everything was very confusing and she helped me with it all. She has great energy. Property is clean and secure and very easily accessible.
