I was referred to FSM by a coworker who has used them in the past. Needless to say, everything went extremely well. I received the quote back within 24-hours and they did not try to upsell me on unnecessary service work. They were able to pinpoint exactly what needed to be done in order to get my boat working like new again. The work was done competed earlier than promised and I was able to test it out on the water the next day with no issues whatsoever. Great Customer Service. I got exactly what I wanted and was notified during the entire process. The new floor and cover on my pontoon couldn't look better.
Great customer service. They were on top of everything. I had repairs done on two newer SeaDoos. Kim was very willing to work with my insurance to get everything handled and got them in their shop ASAP. They called with status updates and kept me in the loop the entire time.
